Day 298 - 4/10/11

I'm going to be nerdy and talk about how excited I am for organic chemistry lab tomorrow. Organic lab is really neat. The past couple weeks we have made nylon from scratch and produced different dyes. I guess there is just something appealing to me about making something out of nothing. It's not really magic. It's just reactions of nature. It's one thing to try to imagine in your mind how a reaction works during a lecture, but it's another to actually perform the reaction yourself. Plus, the faster I get done with this week's classes and lab, the faster Spring Break will begin. I have a chemical equation for you:
