Day 221 - 1/23/11

I wonder when was the last time anyone actually used these things. Nevertheless, these meters offer some interesting aesthetic quality. This might not be the prettiest or most beautiful picture but I think it provides grit and age. Wear and tear photography is how I would like to describe it. It is probably hard to imagine at first glance but I find a beauty in aging. Well, let me rephrase that. There's a beauty in getting older, not necessarily looking older, but then again you can definitely look at least 15 years younger than you actually are. Example: Madonna. It's the wear and tear in life that shapes you. We are all statues that weather through storms of acid rain called life. Sadly, some wither away more than others. But that can't take away from the experiences only earned with age. I understand I probably have no room to talk as young as I am, but I want to feel that everyday I gain something. Something enlightening and beneficial to my life. Our days are numbered, so why not make them count?
